Recycling Programs / Hauler Franchise Agreements
Often serving in contract staff support roles, CSG has a lengthy track record of working with jurisdiction staff, elected officials and other community stakeholders in designing and implementing successful recycling/zero waste/solid waste programs as well as managing competitive RFP processes for contractor selection and negotiating contracts.

Long range plan development to meet high diversion goals
Recycling and solid waste facility master planning and operational assessments
