CSG provided building plan check services for the expansion of the biopharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences’ campus in Foster City and has been involved in almost 1.5 million square feet of new construction at the campus. CSG worked closely with the City and the design team during all phases of the project, including: site grading and drainage, foundation, core and shell, and tenant improvements. Work has included review of RFIs and construction revisions as well as LEED equivalency review.
