CSG is developing a web-based Parcel Viewer App using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online for the City of Scotts Valley to support planners in their day-to-day work. The tool integrates a wide range of data, including but not limited to, assessor information, zoning, land use, flood zones, sensitive habitats, and fire hazard severity zones, into a searchable interface that allows staff to identify properties by address or APN. The app is designed for internal use, with the goal of streamlining parcel research and improving staff response times.
